Project: VINHOMES CENTRAL PARK in HCM City,Vietnam

PART 1: GENERAL POLICY
1. Preferential policy: customer will receive grateful package from investor by Vingroup service or equivalent amount of money. ( It depends on their choice)
2. Discount 
If customers pay up to 98% amount of money in the 2nd time of deposit (it means within 5 days after signing the agreement about deposit), they will receive some discount as below:
- The Central 1: 7%
- The Central 2: 8%
- The Central 3: 8.5%
3. Lucky Draw
Buying an apartment will receive 1 voucher to attend Vingroup’s Lucky Draw with valuable incentives.

PART 2: PREFERENTIAL PACKAGES AND INCENTIVES

When choosing (a), customer buying apartment will get appreciated service packages in detail:

When choosing (b), customer buying apartment will receive 1.935.000VND/m2 or 1.800.000VND/m2 depends on the big of apartment.
